Refund & Cancellation Policy –

At Appliance Services, we aim to provide honest, transparent, and reliable home appliance repair services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service charges are handled.


1. Service Booking & Inspection Charges

When a customer books a service, our technician visits the location to inspect the appliance.

  • An inspection/visit charge may apply, depending on the issue and location.

  • This charge is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

  • If you continue with the repair, the inspection charge may be adjusted in the final bill (if applicable).


2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your service request by contacting us before the technician is dispatched.

  • If cancelled before dispatch: No charges apply.

  • If cancelled after dispatch or on arrival: The inspection/visit charge will be applicable.

  • If the technician is unable to access the location: The visit charge may still apply.


3. Refund Policy

We process refunds only in genuine, eligible situations. Refunds are not provided for completed services or labour charges.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • You have made an advance payment and the technician has not visited yet.

  • Parts ordered for repair are unavailable, and you have made an advance payment.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Service/inspection charges

  • Labour work already completed

  • Spare parts already installed

  • Issues arising again due to improper usage or external damage

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


4. Spare Parts Warranty

Spare parts installed by our technicians come with a warranty as provided by the supplier/manufacturer.

  • Warranty terms vary based on the part.

  • Physical damage or misuse voids the warranty.


5. No Warranty on Service Issues Caused By

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Electrical fluctuations

  • Negligence or improper handling

  • Repairs done by third parties after our service
