Welcome to Appliance Services. By using our website and requesting our home appliance repair services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services We Provide

We offer doorstep repair and service for the following home appliances:

  • Washing Machines

  • Refrigerators

  • Microwave Ovens

All services are provided by trained technicians. Service availability depends on your location within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.


2. Booking & Appointment

When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate information such as:

  • Name

  • Contact number

  • Address

  • Appliance details

Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment. Appointment times may vary based on technician availability, traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Service & Inspection Charges

A minimum inspection/visit charge may apply when a technician visits your location.

  • This charge is non-refundable.

  • If you proceed with the repair, the inspection charge may be adjusted in the final bill (if applicable).

Repair charges depend on the type of issue, appliance model, and required spare parts.


4. Spare Parts & Warranty

If spare parts are required, our technician will inform you about:

  • Part price

  • Warranty (if provided by the manufacturer/supplier)

Warranty is applicable only to the replaced parts — not the full appliance.
Warranty is void in cases such as:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Electrical surges

  • Mishandling

  • Tampering by third-party technicians after our service


5. Payments

Payments must be made after the completion of the service or installation of parts.
We accept:

  • Cash

  • UPI

  • Bank transfers

Advance payment may be required for certain parts or orders.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request before the technician is dispatched.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, no charges apply.

  • If cancelled after dispatch or on arrival, the visit charge must be paid.


7. No Guarantee on Certain Issues

We do not provide service guarantees in situations caused by:

  • Improper usage

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Electrical fluctuations

  • Water damage

  • Physical damage

  • Previous repairs done by third parties

Some appliance issues may reoccur due to internal faults; in such cases, additional service may be required.


8. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Services is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by misuse of the appliance

  • Damages arising from old or faulty internal components

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable conditions

  • Issues arising after the warranty period of spare parts

We always try our best to complete the service safely and professionally.

Our website may contain external links for reference. We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy practices

  • Their policies
